connectie valt weg om 9:00 uur

Ik maak nu bijna een maand gebruik van 4G voor thuis. Het gaat aardig, maar ik heb ook nog wel wat problemen. 1 probleem heb ik goed kunnen analyseren. Iedere dag rond 9 uur valt de LTE verbinding weg om een paar minuten later weer terug te komen. Ik heb de logs opgeslagen van het modem (Zie hieronder)

Ik vraag me af of dit bij T-mobile vandaan komt of dat mijn modem dit verzint te doen. Hebben andere gebruikers hier ook last van? Ik heb er last van want ik heb tijdens mijn werktijd een paar cruciale minuten geen internet. Als dit nou om 2 uur ‘s nachts was dan had ik geen probleem.

Bij 4GVT hanteert t-mobile een verplichte disconnect per 24 uur. Je kunt iets aan het tijdstip doen door zelf ‘s-nachts bijvoorbeeld het modem te herstarten, dus even spanning er af. Dan gebeurt de disconnect elke dag op dat moment. Werkt dan langere tijd zo maar na verloop van tijd verschuift het moment en zul je het opnieuw zelf moeten doen op een geschikte tijd.

Dank voor je reactie. Dat verklaart een hoop. Wat ik heb gedaan is de interne klok van het modem aangepast. Nu gebeurd de disconnect midden in de nacht. Probleem opgelost!
