HELLO, since 2nd of July i made a new abonament "4g voor thuis". Since 20 of july my internet is not working properly, every time after around 16:00 i have verry slow internet and i cannot make anything ( bassicaly is not working). I contacted t-mobile on facebook saying to me that is a mentenance going on. I really don't think its on mentenance since 3 weeks.
Before i had the old "unlimited internet" Sim card wich worked perfectly
. I never had an issue with it.
Curently i am verry dissapointed of the actions that has been taken because i've been also to the shop, saying to me that the problem is the router and because of that i also bought a new one, still the problem is not solved.

Have you allready checked the dekkingskaart for any maintenance or problems? You can also file a complaint there, network specialists will have a look afterwards and contact you within 10 working days, please fill in your address or city first.
