I canceled my contract last May but I have still receive your invoices in June and July.

I canceled my contract last May but I have still receive your invoices in June and July.
How can I make sure that my contract is terminated? Do I have to pay another bill?
I already moved to another country and I can't speak Dutch.
Thank you for your help.

 

These are the chats that I did last May.

Here you discussed with customer care that your contract would be terminated on the 21th of June. The last invoice will contain the period of june pro rato

  

Okay. I've already paid all the cancellation fees. Do I have to pay another invoice written on the last invoice?

Hi @Yeeun Jo,

The cancellation fee is separate from the final invoice. So in order to fully finish the contract the final invoice has to be paid as well. If you still have access to your My T-Mobile then you can check what the remaining amount is that needs to be paid, before your contract has been fulfilled. 

If you don't have access anymore, please send me a private message with your Dutch phone number, full address, date of birth and last four digits of your Dutch bank account info. I can then check this for you.
