Hi, I need help with terminating my phone plan in the Netherlands. I moved away and can not contact the customer service line. What should I do?

Please wait for a moderator to reply, they can submit the cancellation for you.
If you are still in your contract period then you will pay €13,50 × the remaining months and your remaining toestelkrediet if you had a phone aswell.
If you are out of contract then you will only pay for the final invoice.
