Mobile internet doesn't work

Hello! I bought T-mobile sim card few days ago.
My mobile internet doesn't work. I already reseted the network setting and updated my software to the latest version. I have iPhone 5s and employee and the T-Mobile shop has tried to change the SIM card to another one but it didn't help. What am I suppose to do?
