about the same time I have updated the IOS version of my Phone to 10.3.2.
For I thought maybe the update proces failed, I have tried to renew the app by deleting it and install it again but tha doesn't
So it seems that either there is a bug in the app update of My T-Mobile or the two versions (of my T-Mobile and IOS) don't match with each other.
I can't imagine, I am the only one having this problem.
So I suppose there is surely someone who can help meto make the app works on my Phone again.

There are some bugs in the current iOS app, It appeared on version 4.4 and there has been a fix (V. 4.4.1) but we still receive notices from customers like you that it doesn't work as it should be.
