Abonnement beëindiging


Hoe kun ik mijn abonnement beëindiging?

My contract is supposed to end at the 11th of December 2018. I have been told, that it will automatically expire. Would you be able to confirm this? Do I have to cancil the contract?

Hi Florian,

Your contract will not expire unless you ask T-Mobile to do so. It can be done online in My T-Mobile. From December 11th you can terminate each month if you like. Remind that if you want to transfer your number to another provider you should not cancel yourself!
