Canceled order no refund

Hi 
I have canceled my order ( 55626264) more than 18 working days ago and have yet to receive the refund!

As I mentioned in this topic, I have already contacted the department in charge and they will make sure you will get your refund. We are sorry for the delay but I’m sur you will receive it very soon!
