I have called tmobile and I terminated my subscription because I need to come back to my contury. 

She said everything is done and she doesn't send email yet. 

What do I have to?

I didn't get any emails.

I see that the confirmation e-mail has been send to the e-mailadres that is registered in our systeem. Check you spammail as well.
