Failed to cancel my subscription

Hi,

I have already moved out of the Netherlands to my home country and my subscription should already have been ended on 6-9-2018. But after that date, I still receive the invoice every month. So I tried to cancel my subscription online last month(13th) and I got an email said that ‘Unfortunately, we failed to process your request.’

Could someone help me to cancel my subscription?

Hi @liyanda,

I'm not sure why your request failed. Hopefully a T-Mobile moderator can look into this.
A faster option is that you call T-Mobile customer support abroad via +31624001200

Thanks for your reply Seccie@Seccie , I just had a chat online with T-mobile staff and she said that I actually have cancelled it and the email is just a wrong message. So the subscription will be ended in this month. 😄
