I have already moved out of the Netherlands to my home country and my subscription should already have been ended on 6-9-2018. But after that date, I still receive the invoice every month. So I tried to cancel my subscription online last month(13th) and I got an email said that ‘Unfortunately, we failed to process your request.’
Could someone help me to cancel my subscription?
