I really pissed off about T-Mobile awful service recently. I’ve ordered a iPhone 12 mini at 26 Nov online, I got call from T-Mobile shop the day after. When I went to the shop, the T-Mobile sales asked me to pay the payment without confirming if is the phone I ordered or not, after I swiped my card I realized the color wasn’t what I expected on the package, I told the sales immediately, he just checked his desktop and answered me that was a mistake made by their warehouse, and they don’t have the color on stock anymore, after about half hour waiting, they provides me two solutions, one is wait for 3 weeks more, or I have to reorder it online. Of course I didn’t wait for 3 weeks more. I decided to reorder it. I thought the thing were ended there, but the truth was not. On 28 Nov, I got a call from the shop again, they told me the color surprisedly on stock again, and asked me to cancel the second order online, otherwise I have to pay my month invoice twice, which was ridiculers but I still accepted, the reason was I support to use my new phone sooner. So I followed the instructions from T-Monile website, and I cancelled my order(order number: 54141936) on AMP Group. I got a email from AMP Group immediately after, and they said T-Mobile will send me a confirmation email within 2 days, but after around 5 days, I didn’t got any information from T-Mobile, then I tried contacted by online chat more than 3 times, every time the agent told me my order gonna been cancelled before the day ended, but everytime when I checked and contacted after again the order still not cancelled, it results me can’t got my money back! it wasn’t my mistake, and now T-Mobile took my money for 10 days already, and the agent keep cheating on me, I really want to know when I can have this money back! Please give me a convinced answer AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel so disappointed about this terrible experience.
