I have been trying to get a refund for over two weeks and still nothing. I contacted customer service again and they again informed me that it will take another two weeks for me to get the refund.
The order was cancelled by T-Mobile (no idea why), matter of fact is that I have no money and no phone.
Can anyone help me please? Order number is 56367367.

I checked your order and the reason why it was canceled is because you don’t have a Dutch ID. You can only purchase a subscription with device with a Dutch ID. Your order was canceled on the 4th and you will receive your refund within 14 workdays.
If you haven’t received anything by next week, let me know! I will make sure you get refunded!
