Refund for canceled order

Hello, my order 54297167 has been cancelled more than a month ago (December 8th). On the email confirming the cancellation, it said I'd get my money back in 2 weeks time.

 

As of today, I still haven't received my refund. Could someone help me understand why it's taking so long?

I have contacted the department that is in charge of the refunds. They will make sure you get a refund. I will let you know once I have more information! I’m sorry about the inconvenience.
