subscription end

Good day. My subscription ended 30 of November this year for the phone which I am not using for more then a year. I paid all inovices and went to t mobile shop to ask should I do something to end it. T mobile worker said it automaticly ends if I do not renew it. Now I get invoice for december. Ofcourse that I called cr service and they put me on hold for 30 min and hanged up after I told them about my problem. So any advice? Thank you.
