i want to stop my mobile phone subscription that has been on since 2015 and my contract was for 2 years. I am currently outside the netherlands living in a country that does not have a T-mobile service. in addition, I can not call the customer service from my phone.

If your contract was for 2 years and you did not extend then you can cancel each month online via your My T-Mobile account. This weekend My T-Mobile service will be limited due to a software upgrade.
