I just moved to another place. I kept my subscription from T Mobile from my previous place to new place as well (1Gbs Download /Upload). At my previous place, the internet is faster. It was able to reach around 1Gbs speed(mostly around 800-900Mbs). But at my new place, the internet is slower(around 200-300Mbs). Do you know the reason why the internet is slower?

Have you tested your speed with a laptop directly connected with the modem (wired connection) using the ookla speedtest app?
Also try to use different test servers and test the speed once in safe mode.

Thanks for your answer. I changed to my own router and tested. The speed is around 700 Mbs. Then I have a question: How can I separate 2 bands 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz?
