Network LAN not working on Draytek Vigor 2132FVn
So we have the 500 mb/s internet package from T-Mobile, but we can't connect more than one PC to the modem, and also, the WiFi is really slow. Also, I have a Philips hue setup on the same network, and that has no problems with connecting to the internet. I tried calling the client service but it's in Dutch.

Sorry for the late reply! Was your case similar to the case tmoesel pointed out? Did the wifi still work, while your LAN gates were offline?
We have two gates for Internet: LAN 1 and 2. If the Hue lights take one, you can place a switch on the other so you can connect multiple computers through cable. Also, our customer support, telephone or social media, will answer you in English as well!
