No internet at hague 2593 region

Hi T-Mobile team, I have posted so many comments for no internet at 2593 region but hardly i get any response. Can you guys please let me know when internet will be back? or I need compensation from T-mobile for no internet at home. Please respond guys. Thanks. 

All my work is stopped and also I will go loss from my employer. Please do let me know.
