No internet connetion the Hague 2591

I have no internet connection since 2 hours now. Does anyone have the same problem in area code 2591BG the Hague? I already restarted the modem, it still didn’t work.

I am leaving in 2591XD.I also dont have internet.

I tried to call Customer service, but I just can’t reach them.
