I have made a new T-mobile dutch number on the 14th September. On this day, I stil cannot do international call. I know there is a barring on the first week, but we are in the third now. I've checked all the settings in your app and they are fine, and I use the right prefix before calling.
The voice just says I am not allowed to make international calls.

I've checked and it is indeed the barring you're referring to. Sometimes it takes a bit longer for the barring to be deactivated, but I've removed this barring manually just now. If you restart your phone, you should be good to go!
