I have phone calls from Tunisia but they hang up after 1 second. Then I get this number call +23572590906 automatic stop after 2 seconds. Is this a security problem? I tried to block the number, but my phone said the number is invalid. If so how? And how can I stop it? Random numbers.

Unfortunately T-mobile cannot do anything to prevent it, but you can do it yourself. There are plenty of applications that can help you blocking these calls like if you are only receiving calls from Tunisia, you can block all numbers from Tunisia.
Please do not call back because that can be very costly.
