Paying from abroad

I had a subscription with Tmobile in 2017, but I had to move to the Caribbean while my subscription was still active. I am still living abroad but I recently received an email saying that I need to pay €65,- from a debt of 2 years ago that I didn't even use.

I find it unfair and wanted to know if I am still obligated to pay it, even though I didn't even use the remainder of the service.

Hello @Smokeking30

Your subscription will not be cancelled automatically, is it cancelled allready or not?

Paying via IDEAL is the fastest option or you can pay manually but that could take longer depending on how and from where you pay. Here you'll find more information :

If the service was/is still active, you need to pay for it, even if you did not use it. You should have cancelled the subscription when you left the country.
