Unable to call from France

Hello!
I'm currently in France and I cannot make any calls..
I took an international plan so what is the matter???

I can imagine that you want more information about this situation. There was a barring for outgoing calls outside the Netherlands. Because you are currently in France I disabled the barring. 🙂

Hello and welcome to the forum,

Is your contract younger than 2 months? Then you'll have a blockage if you are outside the Netherlands.

A T-mobile employee can disable this blockage.

I took international options because I'm travelling a lot for business purposes so would it be possible to disable barring in all european countries once for all?
