I can't link my number

I registered a mobile phone number with my friend's identity and account and used my own email to sign up for T-mobile and tie it to the number. Some time ago I changed the attribution of the number to me. When I logged into T-mobile again, it sent the verification code to my number as usual, but when I managed to log in, I didn't see any subscriptions. When I try to re-link it tells me that the number is already link to another account, but in fact I've only ever been link to the email account I'm currently using.

It could be that your number is already linked to an account, I would like to check this for you. Could you send me a private message with your 06-number, name, birth-date, full address, last 4 numbers of your IBAN and the e-mail account you are using? I will check your settings and see if I can be of any assistance.
