roaming problem

Hello, i maid a payment of 115€ to unblock my roaming because i have w new subscription and they told me to send the confirmation of payment to incasso@t-mobile.nl but they didn’t unblock it yet !!! Whats should i doo?

Hello @Aminejbr 

You did the payment via online banking so no IDEAL? Did you also mention your klantnummer?

A payment via online banking can take up to 2 working days to be processed.
