I have questions about the bills of my subscription, and try to contact the customer service several times via live chat without success. Every time a message tells me that I should call, with the working hours of the live agents, but I contact exactly in those hours. The problem is, I’m staying in an non-EU country for a long while, and it costs a lot to call. If I can chat with the customer service, there is no reason to call.
Anyone has access to the live agents lately?
