Can't add my address

Hello! I'm unable to add my address to my new account in order to activate the client benefit. I get an error like many people in the topic.

I hope someone can help me.
Customer service couldn't do anything.

Hi Tcandido,

In this case I have to be honest and say that we'll have to wait untill the issue s with Klantvoordeel are solved. Of course you can try to activate it every few days, because it may work for you at another time. In the meantime we are working very hard to solve this problem and hopefully this will all be solved soon. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!
