unable to add my home internet to client benefit group

Hi,
I have a mobile T-mobile subscriptions for me and wife, and also a T-mobile home internet subscription. All these subscriptions are registered to the same address
But I can't ass my home subscription to the client benefit group, I tried many time but it doesn't work
