Wrong home street and as a result lost client discount

Hello,

I have a sim card and home internet from T-Moibile.
My client discount is not active anymore because your website showing wrong street name and as result can not match address to enable my client discount.
Now i have two subscriptions at the same address but do not receive client discount. I do not want to waste my time to settle this. Please fix it, and enable back my discount.

I'm sorry to hear this! I can see the case is till "in progress". We're having some issues with our system, that's why we aren't able to solve this as soon as we wished. Just please know that we didn't forget about you and we're still working on it!
