I canceled my contract last May but I have still receive your invoices in June and July.
How can I make sure that my contract is terminated?
I already moved to another country and I can't speak Dutch.
Thank you for your help.

I see you filed a cancellation request, but your the request wasn't processed. Therefore, i cancelled your subscription right away and i also compensated the last two bills. You will receive the refund any time soon. I hope you are satisfied with this solution. If you have any other questions, please let me know!
