Change subscription

Hi, I have recently change my subscription from unlimited internet & calling to 1 GB + 120 min calling, However I have just checked my bank transaction and it stated that the old cost got deducted and sent to T-mobile. But currently I’m already using the new subscription and the cost is different from the old one. Why is this happening? Thank you in advance

Hello @Ramirez 

Are you sure you didn't use the unlimited bundle for most of the period you are in and changed to 1GB at the end so the amount of days in which you were using unlimited have been added to your invoice.

Please check your invoice in My T-Mobile
