Hello, I want to change my payment details for my mobile subscription. In my mobile account it says I need to do this via T-mobile home. Whenever I request a password I never receive an email. Please help!

Odd that it says that you should do this via T-Mobile Home (or Thuis), because this has to be done via My T-Mobile. You can use your login for My T-Mobile and adjust your payment details there.
