Paying by invoice no longer working

I have always been able to buy apps via my t-mobile invoice. Now I want to renew something and I will not do that anymore. I have looked at institutions there are no blockages.

I have followed all the steps. OR-DVASA2-02 error.

I can see your account is not connected to your phone number, so at this moment I can't take a look in the system for you. Of course I do want to help you out so if you still need help, please send me your name, adress, phone number and date of birth in a private message.
