When I look in our system I see a Dutch ING bank account. Is this the right bank account we have to charge from? I can see that the bill of May has not been paid yet. You can pay it in your My T-Mobile account. It's really easy and it will be processed immediately.
Go to this link. Log on to your account and then choose "Openstaand bedrag (outstanding amount)", then choose "Naar betalen (Pay for the bill)", and then the last step is to choose "Bevestig je keuze (determine your choice)". That means that you have to choose your bank, in your case ING, and then you can pay for the outstanding amount of May with the help of iDeal. I hope this will give you more information.
