T-Mobile hasn't been selling mobile phones with simlocks since more then 10 years. If you have an older phone, you can request the simlock removal through this page
Not sure if your phone has a simlock? you can just try to insert the new sim. make sure the sim is active by testing it in a different phone first. Disabled sims never work.
My phone is sim lock from T-Mobile it's been more than a year please unlock it please

2) where and when did you buy this phone?
3) what moderator Jaap already mentioned, the last 10 years T-Mobile Netherlands didn't sell locked phones. How do you see that your phone is locked?
