Do you want to only buy a new phone, or a combination of a T-Mobile mobile subscription and a phone? In the first situation you can go to retailers like MediaMarkt or Belsimpel.nl for the prices.
In the 2nd situation you can go to the T-Mobile webshop and select the right Apple model and choose to pay the phone at once. If you really want to pay cash, you can go to a T-Mobile shop.
