Bad signal

Hello everyone. I was having issues with my signal for few months now, where i used to have full signal now i jave half. And where i had half now i have no signal or very bad. I even changed from my old S9 to S21 ultra. Same issue. So phone brand new. 

Does anyone else experience this? Connection is slow or not at all where other users have it better, on same t mobile as mine. Im on work unlimited contract. And no i didn't  go Over the 5gb daily.

Do you experience this bad signal in every location or just 1 specific location? Do you have the opportunity to test your current sim-card in a different device? This way we can test if the problem is caused by the sim-card.  You can also file a network complaint via our coverage map on this page. Our network specialists would love to check the current network and signal on your location for you. 

First of all, enter your location or postcode in the first field 'Bekijk op adres' ('View address') in the top left hand side of the network coverage map. Secondly, click the button with the text 'meld een probleem' ('report a problem') on the left hand side of the network coverage map. You will be redirected to a new page on which you can fill out all the details of you network situation and complaint. Please set the language of your browser into English in the toolbar of your internet browser. You will be asked to enter if your complaint concerns calling or slow or no data speeds or bad signal in general. Next to that we would like you to enter a specific date and time on which you endured or experienced a bad connection during calls, slow or no data speeds or bad signal. Furthermore you can enter the brand and type of your mobile phone. Also there is space to leave a comment.

Please submit your network complaint and opt for the option to call you back. One of our network specialists will do research to our data on the network on your location. The network specialist will get back to you within a few days, providing you more information and details about the current state of the network and that of the near future. Thank you for your effort!

I just said in my post. I just changed phones from s9 to s21 ultra. So yes. Already changed devices. And areas are the same with few exceptions.
