Hi, I cannot call outside NL like to Dubai or to Bangladesh or to any other country .I have taken a postpaid number with unlimited bundle . Thanks

Hi @Hajar , I have talked to client service department already week back and they advised that it should be solved by 1-2 days . Already 8 days is gone but no solution . Can you please somehow help on this . Really in trouble as need to talk abroad regularly . Thanks in advance

There no specialist from IT active on our Community, but I have asked the IT department to provide me with an update about your case. I will contact you once I hear from them. 

Hi @Hajar the problem is still there . Can you please help to advise whom should I contact to get rid of such problem . I have taken the best package of T mobile and receiving such service which is highly disappointing. Really frustrated ! If needed I a ready to pay higher charge but can someone gives me a solution ! Thanks

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. Our IT department says that they will have a solution by 27 october. After it is solved we will look at a compensation. Once again sorry for the inconvenience!
