I can't receive SMS to confirm services

Exact same issue. Can’t reopen or send private message. Switched from Vodafone today.

Happy to help! So you have problems with receiving SMS to confirm services? Could you test your SIM card in another device? I'm curious if this will work! If it doesn't work, can you give me three examples of when you should have received a text message? We would like to know the company, date and time. With this information I can start an investigation to solve this!
