NO internet

Hello, I lost my internet signal during the night (Wifi is ok). I already tried all steps to see if fixed, but nothing happened. 
Now I have very low mobile signal. My area is XXXX

No failure informed on T-mobiles website or community.

I’ve checked your zip code, but there are no outages or maintenance issues at your place. Your personal info has been deleted, because this is a public community. Keep in mind that every can use your personal data if you place in public topics. 

Are you experiencing this issue everywhere or just at your location? Could you check if your sim card works in another phone and the other way around? If this doesn't give any results, can you let us know what the speed is of your coverage, via a speed test?
