paid invoice but no service active outside NL

I paid my invoice but even after restarting my phone several times I don’t have service outside NL.


i cannot call of course,  so can someone please help?

Is everything paid now? If you had a betalingsregeling your blockage will be removed when everything is paid.

How did you pay was it via ideal? Than your blockage will be removed within 1 hour, if you paid manually via internet bankieren tha it could take a couple of working days.

Are you outside NL now? If you paid via ideal and everything is paid try switching mobile operator or check you T-mobile account on blockages from your side. Are all the settings ok in your mobile?
