Has anyone been experiencing a really shitty T-Mobile mobile internet?! I have been calling T-Mobile customer service since July of 2020 and it is currently Nov 11, 2020. They still have not fixed the problem! This is such shit because I am not receiving the service I have been paying for. They don’t even want to give me a refund. Their customer service sucks! Their incompetent clients services do not even have the ability to escalate their clients to a manager. Has anyone been experiencing this lately??
