[INFO] T-Mobile maakt bellen en sms'en van en naar Oekraïne gratis

Den Haag, 25 februari 2022 – T-Mobile maakt het bellen en sms'en vanuit Oekraïne naar Nederland en andersom van 24 februari tot in ieder geval eind maart gratis*. Dit geldt ook voor bellen naar lokale nummers binnen Oekraïne als je roamt. Dit geldt voor alle T-Mobile merken, inclusief Ben, Simpel en Tele2, zowel zakelijk als particulier. Ook geldt dit voor PrePaid-klanten.**Hiermee wil T-Mobile het voor mensen die geraakt worden door de huidige gebeurtenissen in Oekraïne, beter mogelijk maken met hun dierbaren in contact te blijven. 

Søren Abildgaard: “Juist in angstige en onzekere situaties is het contact met vrienden en familie van onschatbare waarde. Nu dit zo acuut onder druk staat, willen we mensen zo goed mogelijk de kans bieden verbonden te blijven met hun dierbaren.”

 

*Met uitzondering van Servicenummers.
** Op de prepaid kaart dient een speciale Oekraïne-bundel voor gratis bellen en sms’en via de klantenservice 06-24001200 geactiveerd te worden.

Gladly, the issue is solved. Probably it takes some time to have for. But it works. Calling with ukrain numbers is free. And gladly the people who i had to call are safe now. I hope for all of you the best. Слава Украине 💙💛

Good morning. I read the news about free calls to Ukraine from the Netherlands when I was in Hungary. I made an assumption this will be the same thing as calling NL numbers (which are included in my package). I made a few calls to make sure my mom and my father are safe. Now I learned that ‘free calls to Ukraine’ does not apply to calls made from other EU states. Only from the Netherlands. The customer support said there’s nothing they can do about it. Maybe you can help here.

well, it seems that since the month of April started, the calls to Ukraine are staying under extra costs and not removed anymore!

The costs should definitely still be removed from your balance, since this has been extended til July. No worries, we’ll figure it out!

Could you send me a private message with your phone number, full address, date of birth and last four digits of your bank account info? Then I can go on and check if everything is in order or extra steps have to be taken.
