Failed cancelation

I canceled my subscription in July at the store in Leiden.  I informed the T-Mobile rep that I was moving to the U.S. He set my cancelation date for 31/07/2020.  This cancelation did not occur and I am still being billed for services that I have not used since 310/07/2020.  How do I get refunded for the charges I have received since then?  I am no longer in the Netherlands.

Can you send me a private message with the 06-number, name, birth date, full address and last 4 digits of your account number? This way I can check your information and see what went wrong.
