confirmation sms

since i switch over to T-mobile i have not been able to receive confirmation SMS from most of the apps i use on my phone and it is getting super frustrating. never had this problem till i switch over to T-mobile and i have been in contact with some T-mobile rep and still they tell me they do not see any problem.

In our systems I've spotted a case for your issue! My colleagues of the technical development will definitely look into this!

Have you tried it with your sim card in another phone and vice versa? Perhaps we can discover some more details in regards to this issue!

I have tried the sim card on another phone.
I have done a settings reset on my phone.
I have even been to a store and the switched my sim for a new one and it still does not work so i do not know what to do next

Thank you for trying to find out what causes the problem. Sometimes one of those steps contains the solution. But don't worry, our technical department is doing all they can to find out what seems to be the problem like David mentioned above. They will get back to you as soon as they found out what causes this problem!

8 months later, some many visits to the T-mobile store and so many complaint cases later and i am still yet to resolve this issue.......
it is super frustrating that i always get the my colleague will call you and nothing is done about it escape line.

I can imagine that is super frustrating. I'm so sorry to hear this! Can you provide me with two examples of text messages you don't receive? So an exact date and time where you didn't get the text?
