I got my new SIM card for a new phone today, I was in the T mobile shop in Amsterdam today to get a prepay voucher activated as the phone menu just stops with no reason, the girl in the shop knew about this problem - this is one reason I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER take a contract with ANY phone provider!! I DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Anyway I followed the instructions in an email for activating the new sim card and all went OK but on putting new simcard into the new phone it asked for the sim card code!!! I dont know what this is!!! so it has now blocked the card!! I just dont know what to do!!! THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!
I DESPISE THESE THINGS!!! what can I do??? I will call into the T mobile shop tomorrow but this really PISSES ME OFF WHY IS THIS AWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS A NIGHTMARE WITH THESE PHONES????
