eSIM activeeren lukt niet

I received the QR code scanned and received a message that the eSIM is active and the original SIM will stop working. However, three days later, the old SIM is still active eSIM doesn't work. When I look at my account, I still see the old SIM number. My phone is an iPhone XR

Got it sorted. After loading the eSIM, I had to go back to My T-Mobile and activate the SIM. There is a green button, called „SIM activeeren“, clicking shows you the ID of the eSIM, confirm and you receive an SMS on the old phone with 5 digits, fill it in and confirm again. Wait a few minutes turn the old off and restart the new phone. Et voila - it works ;-)

It‘s actually in the description, but I missed that step ...
