Esim support: What does "in support" mean? If not now, then when? What's the plan please?

Do you offer e-SIM support?
"Not at the moment. We are in support of e-SIM, but can not say when customers can really use it. We now offer the best quality and the fastest service with the regular SIM card!"

There is not much to be added to the answer you have received earlier on, but there seems to be a mistake in the translation. My colleague meant to say that there is definitely something in progress, in regards to the eSim, but that we don't provide it at this moment. We also don't have a date on which this will be activated. If there's any new information, you'll be able to read about it on our Community. So at this moment in time, there's no extra info.
