Mobile Network is Not Available

Hi, I get a new sim card with different number, and i transfer my old number to the simcard. it has been 3 days since the transfer of the number done, and now both of those simcards does not work.

I received sms about it will take 30 minutes, and then after that my simcard does not work at all. I dont have any network.

Tried to contact the support but not really helpful, I dont even get the credentials to login to my tmobile app.

Can you please help me fix this?
