Why my sim keep being locked whenever I turn off and on my phone?

What do you mean exactly with sim is locked? Whenever your phone switches off you need to enter a pincode to unlock the sim card. Is that what you mean? That is the standard procedure with every simcard that has a simlock. What device do you have? Do you need to enter another code after entering the simcode?

Ohh got it. I didn’t know it is the standard. Then I guess I've never used a Simcard with simlock. Thank you.
